Evidence of Remote Neural Monitoring or Carefully Planned Disinformation

John St. Clair Akwei claims to have worked for the National Security Agency (NSA) of the US government, and filed a lawsuit against them in 1992 (Washington DC, Civil Action 92-0449) for being targeted with what he referred to as ‘Remote Neural Monitoring’ (RNM) technologies. Many people have referred to this case as proof that these technologies exist, but on closer examination it can be seen that there’s very little to actually substantiate his claims. In fact, there is good reason to suspect that this case was a deliberate disinformation ploy to create the illusion that the NSA has more capabilities than it really does. This is a standard tactic used to throw off foreign and domestic adversaries and protect classified secrets. This sort of disinformation ploy is designed to create a prop that can then be used to lead people’s beliefs about the capabilities of these technologies so that they have a false understanding of the methods used in their targeting and the real methods are overlooked.

Quantum Revelations

Quantum physics is the scientific field of knowledge that deals with what are considered to be the most fundamental building blocks of matter, and the physical laws that govern them. Collectively, these primary units of matter are referred to as quanta, and singularly as a quantum. A quantum particle is generally defined as a unit of energy that is of a specific and irreducible size. According to the theoretical framework accepted by today’s scientific establishment, these quanta are considered the smallest possible constituent parts of all physical things within our universe. This is because the mathematical formulas that are used to define the world of microcosmic reality dictate that anything smaller than a quantum particle isn’t able to exist within the four dimensions of spacetime. Below this microcosmic scale of matter the laws of nature as we know them are said to no longer be sustainable. According to the accepted scientific framework, all physical things in our universe are made up of these minimal units of quanta, organized into specific arrangements that build up in layered scales of ever more complex structural forms such as atoms and molecules, plants and animals, planets and stars.

Thinking Creates Reality

Thinking creates reality. A thought is an energetic force, an expression of conceptual formation that comes to be reflected back to mind as external reality, appearing to be separate from what we refer to as the mental realm. This sense of a duality between the mental and the material was established very early in the evolution of conscious development, and has since become such a naturally accepted division that we regard it as being absolute. It is accepted without consideration, being a primary component of the perceived order that has been constructed, from the simple to the complex, into the current understanding we use to interpret our experiences of consciousness. However, this apparent duality we seem to experience between mind and matter is merely the energy of thought reflecting back on itself, a returning wave of energy that is produced in the creation of the thoughts we have. We, existing as mental beings with physical form, are at the juxtaposition between these two aspects of reality.

A Problem With The Relativity of Time

According to Einstein's Theory of Special Relativity, time slows down more and more as a moving object reaches closer to the speed of light, at which point time stops completely, mass becomes infinite, and space contracts to a point in the direction of travel (all points come closer together). Following this reasoning, it has been popularly suggested, and even supposedly proven, that if a spaceship were to leave Earth and travel out into space at near-light-speeds for a period of time before returning again, there would be a measurable time discrepancy between the crew on the ship and the people on Earth, with the crew having aged more slowly than the people on Earth. We will refer to this as scenario A, where we have only two points of reference to contend with - that of Earth and that of the spaceship. This scenario is often used in explaining the strangeness of spacetime as it is understood within the Einsteinian framework.

The Serpent and the Tree of Knowledge

According to our oldest recorded legends from the ancient Sumerian civilization, human beings are the creation of the gods, who were known to the Sumerians as the Anunnaki, and who they record as having come to Earth from another (currently unrecognized) planet in our solar system for the purpose of mining our gold. As we saw previously, at first these ‘gods’ mined our planet themselves, but soon grew tired of the laborious work, and so it was decided to create a worker-being, mixing their own genetics with that of an earthly creature. After several failed attempts (very possibly resulting in the various chimeric creatures described in ancient mythology and depicted in ancient art, and even perhaps the various co-mingling races of the early hominid species, specifically Neanderthal and Cro-Magnon), they finally created a human prototype that was satisfactory for their needs. The Anunnaki referred to these proto-humans as ‘the black-headed people’, which may have reflected their skin color, but could just as likely have reflected the color of their hair. In either case, this may have been a distinguishing physical characteristic between these proto-humans and their creators. These proto-humans, being sterile hybrids, had no means of procreation, but the gods eventually grew tired of having to continually produce them in the manner that they did, which involved using surrogate mothers from among the females of their own race for artificial insemination, so they decided to give these proto-humans the ability to reproduce on their own. This may have been the point in the biblical texts when Eve was created.

THEY WOULD BE GODS (Chapter 11 - Artifacts of Life On Mars and The Moon)

Most scientists will concede that there were probably some forms of life on Mars at some point in the distant past, but which have since disappeared as the planet itself died. But whether they will openly accept that there has ever been intelligent life on Mars is another matter. Few scientists will dare to make such an admission for fear of risking their credibility and their careers, given the amount of controversy and ridicule that such ideas have come to provoke through mass conditioning. Nonetheless, if there was any life on Mars that was as evolved as we humans are today, then such life may have been able to survive long enough on the dying planet that archeological evidence might still be fairly abundant there. This would largely depend on whether they survived even after the planet’s mantle had cooled and its tectonic plates had ceased moving (as is the case today) so that any surface artifacts that remained would not have been lost by natural planetary events such as earthquakes and volcanic activity, which would otherwise effectively bury them.

Crystals, Megaliths, and Earth Energies

Crystals are significant to understanding certain mysteries about the distant past, prior to our earliest known civilizations. It’s fairly well known that natural crystals such as quartz will give off an electrical charge when put under pressure. It has been further reported by author and investigator David Hatcher Childress that quartz crystals will also lose weight as pressure is applied, to the point that they will become completely weightless. If this is true, then we have a possible explanation for how such massive stones could have been safely transported long distances and placed with such precision within the largest and oldest megalithic structures that still stand today.

Living in Squalor at The Siesta Rooms Hotel (Vancouver, BC)

I decided to write this article about the living conditions of the building I live in and the way that the management treats its tenants. The management and a number of tenants are my main perps, and I have already written about many of their gang-stalking activities against me elsewhere. While I was writing this article, my computer mysteriously crashed several times, which has never happened previously, and even though I was careful to save the file to disk frequently while writing it after the first crash, somehow the saves weren’t written to my hard-drive, causing me to have to rewrite a large part of it all over again. After checking to make sure that it was saved properly after finishing it, I went to upload it onto the internet, but somehow the file had gotten corrupted and wouldn’t upload.

Gang-Stalking and The Proliferation of Mind Control Technologies

There are many of us who are becoming increasingly aware of the mind-control technologies that are being developed and deployed within the greater population. Many people feel that they are being targeted with these technologies in a manner that seems to be meant to do nothing other than inflict physical and mental torture. However, few people are claiming that the more sinister aspects of these technologies are being applied against themselves – those aspects that directly affect and control a person’s thoughts and actions – and this needs to be seriously considered, since these more sophisticated forms of mind-control technologies do indeed exist.

From Alpha To Omega and Back Again

In the words of quantum physicist Dr. Jack Sarfatti, “We are the 3D hologram images projected back from the future from the 2D future horizon celestial sphere that surrounds us”. He talks the heavily technological jargon of quantum physicists that to the rest of us lay people sounds too arcane to interpret, but in reading it carefully, some understanding begins to come through. He mentions Alpha Points and Omega Points, wormholes, black holes, event horizons, and signal nonlocality. At least that much is understandable to someone who knows a little bit about quantum mechanics, and the rest of it seems to come through intuitively so that, for me at least, the whole of it makes sense.

Missing Persons, Gang-Stalking, and The Question of Satanism

When I first ended up living in downtown Vancouver, there was a very large population of poor and homeless people in the area. There was also an unprecedented level of drug abuse among these people. The drugs in greatest use were crack and meth, usually of very poor quality. It was incredibly sickening to have to see, on a daily basis, the scab-riddled faces, arms, legs, and torsos of the hard-core addicts, watching them cowering alone or in small groups just inside the alleyways, belching clouds of rank smoke from their stained and crusted glass pipes held between equally stained and crusted fingers.

The Disadvantage of Gang-Stalking Awareness

Since I’ve become aware of gang-stalking, and have learned about the various methods commonly used by gang-stalkers, I can see how this knowledge has had an effect on my perceptions, and just as obviously on the perceptions of other people who think they are being targeted as well. Knowledge is something you can never lose, and once you acquire it, it will affect your perspective on whatever it relates to – in this case, the interactions I have with other people and the events that occur in my daily life.

A Primer on Subliminals

The word ‘subliminal’ can be defined as ‘below the perceptible awareness of consciousness’. Our brains have developed in such a way that most of the information we constantly receive through our five senses is processed quickly and automatically at an unconscious level, below our awareness. These brain functions are referred to as the preconscious processes. They are not hindered by the higher brain functions used in conscious thought (which stem from the neocortex), which can check certain automatic responses to stimuli and either allow them or inhibit them before they’re carried out.

Remote Viewing Made Simple

We all have psychic abilities, but most of us don’t recognize it and disregard this sixth sense, often confusing what comes through our weak psychic faculties as a product of the imagination. Sometimes, when it’s more recognizable for what it really is, we might call it intuition. We’ve become so dependent on our five senses and on using our logical faculties that we fail to notice and properly understand the messages that come through our psychic channels. They are being drowned out by the constant noise of our own thoughts.

Gang-Stalking - Where This Is Taking Us

The network of gang-stalkers is being run by the government. It is based on the idea that citizens will feel safer if they are aware of dangerous individuals, and it uses notification lists to alert citizens of the presence of individuals they want targeted. However, since notification lists were first introduced, they have become much broader in scope, and are no longer restricted to just listing murderers, sex offenders, and other truly dangerous people. These lists are now so broad in scope that anybody can end up on one. Also, these lists encourage whole communities to ostracize those people who get listed, and to make their lives miserable and leave them unable to function normally in society. It doesn’t matter that a person got listed for some minor triviality, since there is no distinction between them and the worst sex offender. All persons listed are equally treated as dangerous threats to society.

People Who Hear Voices

Both within the UFO community and elsewhere, there are those people who claim to be in communication with what they often describe as ‘higher intelligences’, and who receive these communications either through channeling or automatic writing, but also at times through what seems to be direct telepathic means. Very often, these people become the central figures in a certain kind of ‘contact’ group that borders on cultism. Examples of such figures in the past are Joseph Smith (founder of the Mormon Church), Edgar Cayce, and Uri Geller, all of who were seen as mediums through which such a ‘higher intelligence’ communicated, and they gained a certain following of people who believed that this higher intelligence was exactly what it purported to be: an incarnate being (or council of beings) that was working through these chosen mediums or telepathic receivers to deliver important information to the human race.

Gang-Stalking and The Rat Mentality

In the minds of criminals, street punks, and prison inmates, being a ‘rat’ or police informant is ultimately the worst kind of person there is. To rat on someone is seen as the worst thing you can possibly do, and there’s an incredible amount of fear among these types of people to be labeled as one. It is, of course, an intimidative factor that’s used very effectively to keep people silent when they know certain things that could get others into trouble.

Psychic Attacks and the Issue of Rapport – Part I

Psychic phenomena are something I’ve been interested in all my life, and I’ve researched the subject fairly extensively and experimented with it to a lesser degree, and although I’m satisfied that these are real phenomena, I rarely bring this subject into any discussions relating to targeting or mind-control. The reason for this is because I feel that it would only encourage the sort of fears that this subject can instill in targeted individuals who are suffering the more extreme types of attacks that might or might not actually involve anything of a psychic nature. It does no good to feed their fears, and I know that deception is routinely employed in targeting to play on a target’s fears and uncertainties, so I usually avoid raising this as a possible form of attack.

Connected Consciousness and The Connected Reality

Carl Jung coined the term ‘collective unconscious’ to describe the concept that all minds are connected and share a common ground at a level below conscious awareness. The concept itself was not actually his own, but comes from ancient Eastern belief systems, of which Jung was quite familiar. However, when he introduced the concept into Western thought, it made a lot of sense to many people, and the concept has caught on.
