The Global 2000 report to the President, prepared by the Council on Environmental Quality and the Department of State begins as a STUDY for the “PROBABLE CHANGES IN THE WORLD’S POPULATION, NATURAL RESOURCES, AND ENVIRONMENT THROUGH THE END OF THE CENTURY.” The report concludes that the stresses are already severe enough to deny many millions of people basic needs for food, shelter, health, and jobs, or ANY HOPE for betterment. At the same time, the earth’s carrying capacity – the ability of biological systems to provide resources for human needs – is eroding.

The global elite have, over the centuries, refined the techniques they employ to assure continued dominion over the resources of the planet. In the early days they simply crucified certain rebellious citizens, whilst sprinkling in the occasional peasant massacre to ensure a climate of fear and to thwart any challenge to their hegemony.

Since I’ve become aware of gang-stalking, and have learned about the various methods commonly used by gang-stalkers, I can see how this knowledge has had an effect on my perceptions, and just as obviously on the perceptions of other people who think they are being targeted as well. Knowledge is something you can never lose, and once you acquire it, it will affect your perspective on whatever it relates to – in this case, the interactions I have with other people and the events that occur in my daily life.
