Dr. Kary Mullis, inventor of the PCR test, gives his opinion of Dr. Fauci (mid 1990s). This also goes to show just how much influence on our perception and opinion forming the mainstream media truly has had over the years. They can turn anyone they wish into a hero or a villain. With this amount of power I think it is only fair to question how it is being used.

Washington - In a program out of science fiction, the government is developing mind-reading machines that can show, among other things, whether a person is fatigued, puzzled or daydreaming. If the project lives up to is promise, the machines could be in use in airplane cockpits before the end of this decade to warn a pilot that his mind is wandering and he is failing to perform essential duties.

The reason why I include this into the library is because this movie, which is based on a real life study conducted at the psychology department at Stanford University, addresses how adaptive we as human beings are to roles given to us by society. And also just how hard it is to break free of those roles we are assigned, such as, in this experiment, simulating a prison where you're either a prisoner or a guard. We all want to stand up and the be the hero in our own lives and this movie challenges us to think if this study we mirroring parts of our society, how we would react, for better and for worse.

The future is here hidden under an egg-shaped ice of an Artic glacier long before begun. However nobody wants to have this future!
