The GOP wants to stop lone activist judges from stopping the Trump agenda.
The Democrats claim the D.C. circuit court judge's ruling blocking the Trump administration's deportation of suspected gang members is a part of the separation of powers. Republicans say the judge overstepped his bounds and that they are moving to make sure it doesn't happen again. More than a dozen injunctions from various district court judges across the country on a range of policy decisions have been faced by the Trump administration. The federal appellate court declined to stay the ruling by the federal district judge. The House Judiciary Committee is expected to hold a hearing early next week looking into the issue of "activist judges." August Pfluger told Fox News Digital that the House GOP is considering a bill to address the issue. He said that the administration was doing the right thing by fighting it legally. There's a bill we're considering....

There is a plan for the US to upgrade their command in Japan.
A plan to upgrade the U.S. military command in Japan was announced by the Secretary of Defense. "We share a warrior ethos that defines our forces, and Japan is our indispensable partner in deterring communist Chinese military aggression, including across the Taiwan Strait," Hegseth told Nakatani in Tokyo. Japan is a cornerstone of peace and security in the Pacific and the Trump administration will continue to work with the Asian country. Last year, then- President Joe Biden's administration announced a major restructuring of the U.S. military command in Japan. The head of a joint operations command in Japan will be replaced by a combined operational commander. European allies were told in February not to assume the U.S. presence in the region would last forever. The bilateral defense treaty between the U.S. and Japan is not reciprocated by the U.S. President. Japan should fork over more money to host U.S. troops according to Trump in his first term....

Tom Kamber is the founder and executive director of Older Adults Technology Services, a national nonprofit that helps older people stay safe and enjoy the internet. A paralyzed man is able to control a robotic arm.
A breakthrough in brain-computer interface technology has been achieved by researchers at UC San Francisco. This innovation combines artificial intelligence with neuroscience, allowing a paralyzed man to manipulate a robotic arm by imagining movements, a feat that marks a significant milestone in restoring autonomy to people with severe motor impairments. The brain-computer interface is a fusion of advanced artificial intelligence and neural engineering. After just one or two days, BCIs have previously struggled to maintain function. The newly developed BCI has set a record by functioning smoothly for seven months. Stay informed and be protected! The key is the ability of the model to adapt to subtle changes in brain activity over time. More precise control of robotic devices can be achieved with the help of the artificial intelligence that refines its understanding of neural signals....

Schumer and the Democrats want to get off the mat.
The controversy surrounding the Signal group chat that entangled a number of Trump Cabinet members over the past week has given Democrats and Senate Leader Chuck Schumer a boost. "Signalgate," in which a journalist was inadvertently included in a Trump administration group chat that included sensitive information about a military strike against the Houthis in Yemen, served as a reprieve for Schumer. The week was dominated by questions about how The Atlantic's editor in chief ended up getting invited by Trump's national security adviser to a group chat, rather than questions about Schumer's vote to advance a GOP funding bill. Democrats were questioning why the Trump team, including officials traveling overseas, were discussing sensitive information on Signal, while GOP senators were defending their actions. The Signal story broke just hours before the Senate was due to return from recess and they were going to pounce on Schumer and his party's divide. Democrats hid any glee over their fortune, but some acknowledged the shifting winds. The senator said that the chat didn't make him happy. Schumer was expected to face tough questions after he surprised Democrats by deciding to advance the GOP spending bill....

While some outlets offer crucial counter-narratives and insights, others pose a significant risk of misinformation, perpetuating controlled opposition or serving as wolves in sheep's clothing, intent on misleading their audience with agendas designed to confuse rather than inform.

The whole story is hard to figure out. We already knew about the sexting, so so far there is no hard evidence. RFK is exposing the vaccine industry, big pharma and chemicals in our food, air and water if the scandal involves consenting adults. It is not a shock that he may be compromised and that it is most likely Israel who is behind the blackmailing. It would explain his stance on Israel's policies which made all of us uncomfortable and the fact that he's been very quite post the JFK file revelations of Israel's involvement. It is too early to tell how this will evolve and if it is a way to tarnish his character. It will bring to people's attention the fact that nations, interest groups or corporations target high level politicians by compromising them in order to blackmail them into furthering their agendas. It's nothing new to us, but perhaps the mass are not aware of how pervasive this is....
